    Hi JPreal,

You have bought a very good camera. I will recommend to read through the user guide a few times. Try out the different settings and do experiment with them. Depending on your interest, you can read up more on the subject online, getting books from the library or attending local courses. We are conducting courses in Singapore currently. Let me know if you happen to be in Singapore. We have very experienced trainers in many subjects.

    Regards.
